Deposit: When booking your reservation, we do require Visa or Master Card number and one night deposit or more depending on the number of nights. Full payment or balance due on check in.
Cancellations:A Refund provided if cancellation notice is received seven days prior to arrival.
Special Events: Reservations made during special events (Calgary Stampede) require a 100% deposit at the time of booking. The deposit of 50% is non-refundable if written cancellation notice is not received 30 days prior to arrival. Refund will be provided if we are able to re-book the rooms for the same days.
Children Welcome! Children are welcome and if they are under 12 they stay for free in parents room. (one child per room free)
